Scotland's Funeral Industry

To ensure everyone in Scotland receives the care, dignity and respect in death that they would wish for in life, and to support bereaved people to make informed decisions about what is right for them and their loved one, The Scottish Government is introducing new statutory requirements that will affect the way Scotland's funeral industry (burial authorities, cremation authorities, and funeral directors) operate.  Register below to make sure you keep up-to-date on The Scottish Government's funeral industry regulatory work, and are fully aware of your responsibilities going forward.
